This place is absolutely horrible. I wish i could give it zero stars. A simple fix for my quad has turned into a lot of money and way more time than nesessary. I asked them to call me back and let me know how much it would cost before they fixed anything and they didnt, instead i waited two weeks and they told me they already ordered the parts. Now its been two more weeks and counting and they still havent got back to me. They said they had to replace a battery and clean the carb, so what is taking so long. And why am i the one trying to get a hold of them today. Dont use this place i should have listened to everyone's advice when they told me this place was a JOKE. IT REALLY IS.
I am an owner of a new Yamaha Raider. I purchased the Bike 5 months ago from this dealer. Sales was ok and I gave them a good review on their website also, but after five months, I realized this dealer lacking on customer service and more specifically the Owner of this dealer needs some training 101 in that area.
I received a survey from Yamaha and the dealer to rate them. I gave them my honest opinion about their customer service and the improvement they need to make. I received a call from the owner that he does not want my business and I should go else where.
I wouldn't do any business with them any more.
They want your money and if you complain, they kick you out.
Please pass the word around.

Who was the sales person you dealt with?
I purchased a kawasaki vulcan back a few years from them and the sales person was out to lunch , in other words no clue of motorcycles which he claimed to be rider for years. For the heck of it I asked him is this bike was Air cooled or water cooled radiator? Guess what his response was Yep Air cooled , Yeah okay I new then this guy was out to lunch. Not sharpest tool in the shed Ya know what I mean. I agree with the customer before there service is UNSATisfactory! I 'll buy my next bike from someone else next time.
