    Very good response. They get back when there's a problem. If the car is more than a couple of years old, they begin a soft marketing campaign with letters, coupons, etc. The service they've done has never failed to work in a decade of using them to fix things (which shows I drive cars a lo-onng time).
    Prices are a bit high, which leaves room for haggling.
