BH Hardware could be a great and convenient place to shop for me but their customer service is non-existent, so I just won't go there. I'd actually rather drive the ten extra miles to get customer service with a smile. It's as if they are doing ME a favor by letting me shop there. Ornery, angry people run that place. Just can't understand it. ???

I have been going to BH Hardware for years. They are the friendly people there are. This JoeCustomer guy is quite obviously one of those nuts of the world. Bottom line no loss if this guy goes someplace whre they they like nuts.

great service: I had been trying to start my chainsaw for several hours with no luck. Replaced the spark plug, changed the gas, adjusted the ignition spark... still no luck. My arms were like lead weights and my temper was going critical. I took it up to Burnt Hills Hardware expecting to leave it for repair and they un-flooded it, started it, fine-tuned the carburetor, and sent me on my way WITH NO CHARGE!!! Thanks Burn Hills Hardware... you guys are great!
