    I purchased a used vehicle from "excellent" auto (also run under the Aamco name) a few months ago and I've had nothing but problems ever since. The warranty they offered sounded great, but when I brought my vehicle in for repairs it was useless. The repairs were never made correctly and when I left the vehicle had more problems than when I brought it in. On one occasion I made an appointment with them and was left sitting for 2 hours, after which no one showed up. On another occasion I actually picked my vehicle up and found that damages to it had occurred while it was in the shop. Damages that the owner, Rob refused to repair. These guys are the definition of being unprofessional. It's guys like these that give used car dealers a bad name.
