    Great restaurant, great new owners: Scarnato's Restaurant offers fantastic Italian food. Their steaks and seafood dinners are also excellent! I have yet to order anything on the menu that wasn't delicious. Try their homemade soups, also. The friendly atmosphere just adds to the pleasure of dining there. I think this restaurant is one of the best in the greater Albany area. The new owners are very pleasant and know how to run an exceptional restaurant. Who would think you could find such a fabulous restaurant in a small town like Castleton on Hudson, NY.- Kevin
