For all of you out there who don't know, the Crooked Lake House is now closed as a restaurant, and only doing banquets and weddings, however he is contracting out to a caterer. He is also under investigation by the Dept. of Labor. He is not to be trusted.
We went for Mother's Day Brunch which was 23.50, but we thought it was a nice place so we figureded it would be worth it how wrong we were. The food was greasy and cold, the carving stations tasted like processed turkey and that too was ice cold. We went to get a Mimosa at the bar but that was an extra five bucks, should have been included in a brunch that costs that much. When walking around the place there were dead bugs in the corner of the dining room. Then to add insult it all they tried to charge us for our 18 month old daughter when it was clearly stated that children under two were free. Do youself a favor and spen sixty bucks on brunch some place else.
