I went in with my 73 Chrysler for an exhaust system, they didnt have the parts, but one of their guys knew where to track down the parts, as well as a couple of other mechanical parts I needed! I am a senior citizen and I used to do all my own repairs but I cant any more, these are the only guys I'll let under my cars hood.

I have been to many repair facilities over the years, and just happened to break down in front of Clifton Park Monro, 6:45 pm store was closing, walked in thinking no way i would get service and help...Bob the manager and a handful of mechanics went out of there way to push my car in the shop and work on it after hours to get me back on the road,....EXCELLENT SERVICE..!!! and the price, let me tell you..i was in the position to be taken to the cleaners...but found there prices where extremely under there competitors price by a mile..!!!, and the service was so professional and polite, i will be coming back for years to come, especially with four cars in our family...i reccomend Bob and the professionals at Monro for all your service needs, and been telling everyone i know since...how great these guys are...very nice to see in a long time, someone not trying to rip you off when your down..!!!!..thanks A.V. of Clifton Park N.y.

How can you say they cut corners??? Where do you get your automotive training from? How do you they aren't taking steps to save labor in turn saving you money?? If you know so much about auto repair why dont you work on your own car??
