User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsgo somewhere else: i've had a couple of horrible experiences at kem. 1. they lost one of my shirts, 2. they ruined 3 shirts by washing them even though i asked for dry cleaning, 3. my clothes were not ready 2 days after they were supposed to be, 4. when i finally picked up my clothes,there were new stains on them (it looked like blood!), 5. they dry cleaned my clothes again and there were still stains on every shirt!
