First time using this dry cleaners. Dropped off the item on Wednesday and they said it wouldn't be ready till Tuesday after 3:00. (Too long to dry clean one shirt in my opinon.) My husband picked up the item I needed. Turns out to be the wrong item! Now, it's after hours and I don't have my shirt. Very frustrating!
