the place is close to home the food is good but the service, even when the manager is assiting is horrible- never received a recipt and once I got home addeded my total per amount on previous orders- and was over charged by $6.00 will never go back

horrendous wait time: I have eaten at this store many times and will continue to do so but the service is a bit slow in general. Thursday the 23rd takes the cake. The store was moderately full and the line behind the register was to the door. On the other side of the register the line was 10 deep into the dining area. My family of 4 waited 10 minutes to get to the register. Once the order was placed at 18:02 we waited 18 minutes to get our food. During our entire stay the lines remained constant. There was only 1 person visible on each of the Long John Silver and Taco Bell sides of the prep table. The monitors and drive thru were completely full. Exiting patrons were telling incoming customers they were better off going elsewhere. One more complaint: I don't have a sweet tooth but when the kids said they didn't want their cinnamon puffs I couldn't understand why; until I tried them. There was not one bit of cinnamon sugar on them. They may as well have been plain rice cakes. I am a life long customer and this is about the worst visit I've ever had.
