User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible - will never use again!!!!: I walked in with my laundry at this location in the 20 mall, and it was 7:15 pm, they close at 9:00... the woman in their who looked like death walking immediately said, "You know we close at 9". I told her that I knew and would be done by then. I was done at 8:30. Then I came back to pick up my stuff out of the dryer and I thought that she had said something to me and I just responded "what", LIKE ANY NORMAL HUMAN BEING WOULD HAVE DONE... and she said "It's nothing that concerns you, we're not even talking to you". I was so appauled. And then when I tried to apologize, she's like "It doesn't have anything to do with you."
However, there is a very tan woman that works there and she seems to always be a sweetheart.
