    Unhappy: The associate who did my preperation was not computer literate and almost cost me twice as much as I had anticipated until a manager noticed the mistake. The most concerning issue was when I went to pay for the services and my payment by check was rejected. There was no receptionist at the front desk to handle the problem properly. We were informed of this in a very uprofessional manner by another tax preparer. I called my bank the moment I got home to find that I had more than the necessary means needed to cover the cost of service. Due to the lack of knowledge on the tax preparer's part and the early dismissal of the secratary, it then became my obligation to come back at another time to make a payment and the processing of my taxes was then put off for two days.
