User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWent here when the Albany office refused to let me rent car after I have had a reservation for just over 6 months. The young man there (Bret) helped me out, honored the price that was on my reservation, and was very pleasant to work with. If it was not for him, my husband and I would not have been able to go on our vacation (first one in 15 years).
