User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI did this once before but my review is no longer here?? Very odd! Well, this McDonalds is way beyond ridiculous, it's heading fast towards stupidity!! Fast food?? Not! You have to wait forever at the drive-thru as well as inside. When you get your order from the drive-thru, you better take a few minutes and check everything before you leave.(even taste your drinks)Chances are 9 times out of 10 it will be wrong. They have gotten my orders wrong so many times, that they should pay me gas money for all the times I have had to return my order, and for the length of time I have sat in the drive-thru waiting. Now on to the employees: McDonalds reputation prides itself on friendly smiling staff. Well this McDonalds falls way short, managers included. Why do I keep going back???? Because it's the only drive-thru in Mechanicville unfortunately!

Hopefully you don't need a special order cause that will really set them into a panic.... mechanicville mc donalds is still there because no other fast food place has moved into town...

Since I wrote this review, I have to say that they are doing better! I'm not sure if it's new managers, better training of employees, or maybe the owner stepped in after too many complaints. But in any case, the errors in my orders are a lot less than before. Then again I am not going there as much as before! LOL
