This was supposed to be a very exciting time in my life-buying a car! But instead the car I got was in their service department every week in the month and a half I had it. They did everything from leave wax on it to bending up my license plate to-get this-LEAVING A BUNGEE CORD UNDER MY CAR!!!!! It melted, burned and blackened my rims. Smoke was coming out and we were getting pointed at on the interstate. They only apologized! We tried to give them the chance to make it better and put me in a new car with reasonably close payments to what I had-needless to say-they didn't. A couple of them tried to pass themselves off as the General Manager. They didn't come down off the sticker price and they weren't gonna give me what I payed for the car!!! They messed up, had my car more than I did, and put my life at risk and the car still doesn't run correctly-and they can't work on a deal???!!! They all are quick to point the finger at someone else and not work as a team but they don't realize that-if Keeler Honda goes down-they all go with them!

This dealership dropped the ball in all areas from sales to finance to service.I dealt with the most incompetent sales people and MGRs of any dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from.I was going to buy from Mohawk Honda like my friends and relatives advised me too but keeler was the only dealership offering 4000 off the MSRP on all 07 accords.WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!! The car went back 3 times to repair nicks and scratches and damage done to it by the dealership.It was guranteed to me 4 times to be done by the sarcastic and rude sales MGR. I finally recieved the vehicle 12 days later with a lousy detail job. When I showed the sales MGR the bad detail job he laughed at me so I told him I would never be back here for anything and I will tell everyone and anyone who will listen not to make the same mistake I did. GO somewhere else this is the bad dealership you have all heard about. Once they sell you the vehicle they dont know you anymore!!!!!!!!!
