Well I have never encountered a place that is so unprofessional and dirty. The guys who work there are rude. I was treated like garbage when I went in for an oil change. You have young punks sitting at the counter and an old woman working who can answer any questions. I was asking them to check my brakes because they had the car up on the machine and they told me they would have to charge me to look at them.

I would mind paying but the attitude was so rude. Here's the best part I leave pay for my oil change and 2 days later my car is leaking oil on the driveway. I call them and they tell me I cant come back in for about 4 days. Well that just ticked me off. Im leaking oil and I never was before. So I went to another garage in town after work the other day and they were wonderful. The guys check the oil leak and found out it was the filter and added some oil and tightened it up. I was down 2 quatrs oil oil. The best part was the other garage never charged me for anything they said dont worry about it. Im not going to say who the other garage is but you can figure it out. But as for HANEYS, no way they are greedy, ignorante people. The young man behind the counter should of gotten a slap for being so rude.
