User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI recently went for service at Troy City Garage. It was horrible. No communication about what was going on with my bike, my perfectly good battery was replaced without my authorization. I was treated rudely when I disputed the issue and instead of making right on the deal, I was kicked off their property with a dead bike that they refused to fix. How about that for customer service? I would never go there again and am curently suing the company and notifying the state offices about them. In my opinion you are a fool if you go here. Be smart. Take your bike, ATV or watercraft elsewhere. I brought my bike in running good and after paying more than three hundred dollars for service I was kicked out on to the street for disputing it with a bike that would not run without further repair. DON'T GO HERE!
