User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRecent Experience Regarding Table & Two Chairs: My husband and I have purchased trees and shrubs from Olsen's in the past. Nonetheless, when we expressed an interest in the last outdoor table with two chairs that was the floor model and requested the possibility of a slight adjustment in price, we received an emphatic "NO". Needless to say, in the future we will be buying our nursery products elsewhere.

They aren't running a garage sale. You can't assume that you can haggle them down.
I too am very confused on what the problem is. Its not a bargain warehouse. My recent and first experience with Olsens was great!
