The woman behind the counter who it turned out was the owner's daughter was very rude and snotty. I left without an estimate because I couldn't believe it. I told her I was going to notify the owner to tell him that she was so rude and she laughed and said to go ahead because it was her father. She represents the organization in the front office and it's too bad for them that she does. I had my son with me who is four and all I could hear coming out of the back was people swearing and laughing. Really classy organization. This was at 3:30 in the afternoon by the way.

It just goes to show you how businesses behave these days. I try to give the little Mom and Pop companies the business to keep them in business and people like her treat you poorly and make you regret giving them a chance. Customer service is in a sad state these days. Try calling a contractor to work around your house. If you get a call back you're lucky. When they do come they take your money and never finish the job.

Is this what our small businesses have become?

Bring your business to anyone but Caprara's. They obviously have more than enough business if the people who represent them can be rude to potential customers, rolling their eyes and being sarcastic.

A fantastic experience. I only trust my vehicles to The Best, Caprara's is that.

The professionalism and care they take with both vehicle and customer alike is something other businesses should try to pattern themselves after.
