Shalimar Restaurant is a small place in downtown Troy (407 Fulton St.) is a great place to get a tasty food. The food is absolutely amazing, specially if you like Mediterrean food, Pakistani or Indian. I tried lamp and it was delicious !!!
Oh yeah, don't forget ask for bread, absolutely out of this world! as good as bread that you can find in Spain or Turkey.
The only black point: don't have wine. But if you like cinnamon, you can ask for the Pakistani tea.
