STAY AWAY: First time I go in they burn a hole in my dress shirt. They offered a credit and I took it, thinking it was an isolated incident. Next time I go in they ruin my time. They offered to re-clean it three times and nothing worked. I asked for a refund in the amount of the tie and was told to fill out a form and they'd mail me a check. I never heard anything--on a side note, one of the employees told me they do not call long distance phone numbers. After another month or so I went back in and was told they had no record of my form. I filled out another form and have been waiting two months and still haven't heard! No return calls, nothing. And, on top of that, the people that work there are always rude. This place infuriates me, and I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.
