To Whom It May Concern:

I have been a customer in Sales and Service at LIA Honda in Northampton, MA for 12 years. I have owned two Honda cars in my lifetime, so far and I would not go anywhere else but to LIA Honda In Northampton, MA for service, sales and great conversation. Everyone there is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. The store is gorgeous and well-maintained and each Honda employee is well-dressed and full of life.

The entire group work as a team and they treat customers like family. They are all honest and treat customers' cars as if they were their own cars. I am proud to rely on LIA Honda in Northampton, MA for all of my Honda needs.

And, of course, the quality of a Honda car speaks for itself...
