This is buy far the cleanest and best butcher in the capital region. Rolf's specializes in german imports and the best bratwurst. They
also have the highest quality meats (chix, pork, beef) All organic chix. Its nice to have a great butcher that has been in the area for over 150 years. This is a family owned business. Try the bacon and you will see.
