Classe catering my wedding a few weeks ago, they had all these great ideas and I was very excited to have them be a company I could trust, in the end, they were disorganized and I had to track them down and call/email multiple times before they retuned any of my emails (this was after the large deposit). On the actual day of the wedding they dropped the ball on many details and things were sloppy or not done. I would never hire them again and recommend for any brides to look elsewhere, they will say things are taken care of but on the actual day you will be wishing you went with someone else. Do not hire them unless you want a lot of stress and to have a sloppy wedding.

Classe catering recently did my wedding and I would not recommend them. In the beginning, everything was fine, however, as we got closer to the date of the wedding (5 months to 5 days before), they appeared to be less and less organized. For example, our wedding planner notified us that she deleted my file, the contract had to be updated multiple times to reflect the actual cost per person, and at the last minute (about 5 days before the wedding), I was notified that we would either be charged for an extra bartender or would have to forego 1 hour of the premium bar we were paying for.

The wedding went really well and all of the guest had a great time. However, after the event, we realized that there were numerous things that we paid for but did not receive at the wedding (for example, table service for the wine, certain glassware, and food items). When we brought these concerns up to Classe, not only were excuses made, but we are still waiting for a response from the owner (the wedding was 6 weeks ago)

In short, although the experience with Classe by no means overshadowed the great wedding we had, I would not recommend them to cater such an important day. If you're looking for a caterer for your wedding, go with a company that has a better business ethic.

They catered my wedding and really helped with all the planning. They did a great job and the service on the day was fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.
