    I have been a loyal State Farm agent for over 30 years. I formerly resided in NC and Florida respectively and always had State Farm as coverage. I have reviewed over the 30 plus years all insurance to include- Progressive, AARP, Geico, and other competitors. I can honestly state that State Farm takes the lead in insurance customer care and I will continue with State Farm. If you reside in the Albany NY area, please contact John Capobianco. His staff, along with Mr. Capobianco provide exemplary customer care. You will never be disappointed with enrolling in his care. His assistants are always friendly, courteous, and professional! I rate him and his staff as exemplary! I wish the rating would give more stars, but exemplary is always better than Excellent!

    I have been with State Farm and John Capobianco for over 25 yrs. John and his Staff are the Best anyone could ask for ,whenever I need something relative to insurance they are right there with all the right answers . I have all of my insurance with John & State Farm.

    After I graduated from college and moved to the area, John Capobianco's office has been providing me with excellent customer service. Starting with car insurance and now also covering my homeowners policy. The staff is always pleasant to work with, and they have assisted me through some big accidents that caused upwards to $15,000 on my new car. Their rates are very reasonable, and they have several payment options to fit any budget.
