User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't bother calling: I tried to get a quote to have a remote car starter installed and was put on hold repeatedly, hung up on, transferred to another line numerous times, and even had to listen to full blown conversations after the phone had been set down. A simple question turned into my wanting to complain to a manager or someone higher up. I decided against it because I figured I'd be on hold and calling back all day. Poor telephone service.
