Angelo's Tavolo at Glen Sanders Mansion

My institution hold our annual retreat in there. Their service is pricy but alright. The problem is when I try to get them to fax my receipt from the Glen Sanders Mansion Inn, they said they will fax it to me on that day, but after a whole week, I still not getting my receipt. I have to call back again. Their front desk say they will do it on that morning, I waited until almost 4pm. have to call them back again, this time, they first put me on hold for long time, then say their fax machine is broken, and they tried many times to fax it, if it is true, should they just call me and ask about mail it to me??? then they say they don't have my phone number. how is that possible???? I gave them my phone number when I book the room, they even called me and leave message on that phone number before. after I leave my address, they refuse to repeat the address for me because they're busy, and then just hang up my phone. What kind of service is that??? it is just pure rude. they really need to spend more time to train their front desk!!

Excellent: The grounds are immaculate, the staff welcoming, and the attention to detail is unsurpassed in the region. A great place to relax and dine.

special place: We been more than pleased each time we go there, and the first time was by boat and we only had our "boat"clothes on. It is our special place to go...
