The Most Horrible Place on EARTH!!!: My Grandmother had to stay at the Glenville Senior Center for rehab on her leg and I found it to be the most horrifying place I have every bared witness to. There were patients in the halls that had defecated on themselves and were left to wait for help. The halls and rooms smelled like urine and facieses. The whole place had never been renovated from when it was built! The beds were horrible and rooms were unsanitary. My husband how is in construction used one of the bathrooms and said that he had been in cleaner out houses! I was extremely upset to have to leave my grandmother in such a dismal place for the two weeks she had to be there. If you ever have an option of not going there and going into a different home please do so. I found the help meant well but the over all living and sanitary conditions were atrocious!!
They do not allow patients to have phones probably because they will call for help!! You cannot even call to get informaiton on your loved ones because they have an answering machine to answer there calls.
If I could rate negative starss It would have been a ten!!
