User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNot trustworthy. Took a car for an oil change, and this repair shop recommended I make several expensive repairs that were unnecessary. The shop even said one of them was a safety issue. I declined, and took my car to my normal (reliable mechanic), who said there was absolutely no problem with the part sited at Firestone.
The $12.99 oil change always touted by a sign in the front of this shop requires purchase of a set of tires ($$$). But the sign doesn't say that.
The customer service closes 15 minutes earlier than the shop's advertised hours, and is generally not friendly.
