    best haircut around: I love this place; Jen and Tracy are a blast and I've never left with a bad cut or color! For an updo, Tracy's the best. It's a tiny shop but the service is so personable and you get just what you want.

    You'll love this place: Country Clipper is the best place to get your hair cut in the ulster co. region. The women who work there are ver plaesant and knowledgable.
