About:	Since the late 1980s, Rosita's Mexican Restaurant was located on West Strand until the owners converted and expanded an old waterfront bar and reopened in 2002 as the only restaurant in Kingston located on the Rondout Creek. The newly renovated building has a banquet room, a dining room, outside patio and an indoor and outdoor bar area. Diners come by boat, car or foot to experience a taste of authentic Mexico.
