My family has been going to Russo's for two generations now and the food is impeccable!! You can't find homemade food like this anywhere unless you pay a fortune, and Russo's prices are lower than they should be for the quality you get (shh, don't tell them). Meals are made to order and we found the time varies based on what you order and how many people placed orders before yours (they also do take-outs, and we were there once when a party ordered like 15 pizzas!). Whether you're getting Pizza, Chicken Parm, Linguini with Clam Sauce, or Spaghetti Carbonara, it is well worth the wait! (if you are looking for fast food or speedy meals, go to McDonalds!) Reservations can be made to find your food ready when you get there. The ambiance is pleasant and there is light classical music in background. The place is clean (even the bathrooms!!). We have been pleased with the service. All around great place to eat.
