This place gets my highest rating so far and we have stayed at many bed and breakfasts and Inns in Woodstock. It runs short of a 5 because the office closes at 9 PM and by the time we wanted to use some of the features in our expensive room, no one was around to answer our questions. The grounds are really beautiful. The breakfast was fabulous. The lady (sorry I forgot her name) who managed the place while we were there was absolutely wonderful, very professional, very hard worker, totally involved in her work. If I had a business in the area, I would totally try to lure her away and hire her to manage my business!
What a sweet place! Our room was adorable-hardwood floors, fireplace, spa-tub and super clean. The grounds were very well manicured and landscaped and they overlooked the stream, which we took a dip in. Just amazing-we will return. Oh and the continental breakfast was amazing-very gourmet with local goodies.
