This "shop" is not professional at all. Brought my wife's minivan for an alignment, after all was done I took it for a test drive to find that they only worsened the problem. I brought it back and politely tried to get them to fix it and I was just plain told that they would have to charge me AGAIN for them to put it on the machine. I was enraged, on top of things this happened around 4:30 pm and they were in a rush to push me out so they could close for the day, That just sent me over my limit.. I had to drive my wife to work the next day, about 40 mins away because the van was simply unsafe to drive. Save yourself a headache and your money, just go to a good shop. I had to create this account just to vent, I wish I could've read the previous review before taking the car there.

Took my car for an alignment (honda), The car left out worse than it came in (the steering wheel was way off center). These people do NOT have the proper tools to work on cars, they could care less about your vehicle and they try to get you out the door as fast as possible when they cannot fix the problem. Any good shop would have trainned mechanics to use the right tools for the job, sadly this is not the case here. Just look at their tools before you decide to bring your car there. I had to bring the car to a different shop to get it done right.
