I was checking out at the self check out aisle when an entire tray of the sushi I was buying opened and spilled into the plastic bag I was placing my purchases in.
Your employee Alex saw what happened. He took the tray of ruined sushi and went to the sushi dept. and had them make a new tray for me.
I appreciated him getting me out of this delemma.
It's people like this that keep me going to this Price Chopper.

This week I was shopping in the meat department. An elderly, somewhat frail appearing man was studying the steaks for quite some time. One of your meat department employees, a woman, guided this man to a certain thin ribeye steak and explained to him how easy it would be to pan-fry and it would be delicious, etc.
I sincerely regret that I did not get her name. However, if that is a wonderful standard provided by your staff, I greatly commend you. Please pass on this compliment to your Newburgh employees. Sincerely, a local patron
