Destinta Theatres - New Windsor 12

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: I saw mice as far back as the midnight showing for "Superman Returns" (2006). I went to the Destinta Web site and sent them an e-mail about it and never heard back.
I would never eat food that wasn't pre-packaged at a theater with a rodent infestation.
It is a filthy theater with many broken seats and not worth a penny of the admission price.

This movie theater was great a few years ago but now it's terrible. They have not kept up with the maintenance or cleanliness and they charge more than Showtime in Newburgh. Every other time I go there, there is a problem with the picture being blurry, or there is no sound and someone has to fix it while we wait. The sound has also gone down hill so there is definitely broken speakers throughout. Most of the screens are fuzzy at the bottom or at certain spots. I have never had that problem at Showtime. The only good thing I have to say about Destinta is that they have great popcorn. That is probably the only reason I still go there sometimes - I miss their popcorn. Even though I live closer to Destinta I chose to go to Showtime 2 out of 3 times.
I hope peope are reporting the mouse problem to the town inspector and health dept. (or dept. or Agriculture since they serve food, but don't have a grill or regular kitchen). They won't do anything about it until they get cited or forced to deal with it.

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: I also witnessed a mouse running through the lobby. When I informed an employee about it, he brushed me off and said he was aware about it.
