It's overpriced and they RUINED a $200 pair of pants and refused to give me my money back because the tailor claimed that she did the work, so she should be paid. All that I needed was for her to shorten the pants and make them look just like the originals. A child could have done a more professional job. She was rude and is a HORRIBLE seamstress. She charged me $32 to RUIN my pants. Even a 1 star rating is too high!

Very Friendly and Helpful: Daughter spilled ice tea on her brand new prom dress before the prom.....he said he will take care of it within a week. Let's see how it comes out.
