I have dealt with River Management for several years now and have always been a satisfied customer. I not only own a condo in a community that is managed by River but I also own property in New York while currently living out of state. River Management personnel are always supportive and courteous when I call with questions or need assistance. Their staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable which gives me a real peace of mind since I am an absentee landlord. If anyone is even considering selling or buying some property, they should definitely check out River Management!

I feel compelled to follow up on my reply. I do alot of dealings with River Management and I always find everyone to be professional, courteous and terrific to work with. They are always open to a telephone call and when I come by in person I am always treated well, never rushed out. There has been some changes i.e. new employees and things are moving really well there. If you feel in the past you have had a not so good experience, you should really try them again you won't be disappointed.
