Great Food, Great Price: Best Chinese take out or eat in in Monticello. Not fance, very sterile interior but the food is excellent. try their General Tso's Chicken, Kunk Pao Chicken, Pork Fried Rice or Shrimp and Broccoli! Now serving friend plantain as a side!
