User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThe place is absolutely wonderful. Ice Cream is amazing. I have tried everything on the menu and it's amazing. But the service is absolutely terrible. Wait staff is rude, and they never smile and they ignore customers. If the service changed that place would be absolutely unbeatable. But with the horrible service it kills me to go there, im not being treated as a customer. But when i get my ice cream 30 minutes after ordering it, it makes everything a little better. Thats what keeps me coming back.

For Port Jervis and the location it is pretty okay but over priced for sure. I heard the owner's make the staff share the tips instead of each person getting to keep their own tip's! Cheap ice cream is used.
