They are known for making up repairs and than overcharging, ask the people around this neighborhood everyone knows. Don't get taken for a ride find someone else, anybody else they will rip you off!!!!

Reason this person wouldn't use their name is because they own a another towing/service station trying DESPERATE measures since they can't hold a candle to Sam's Service. Do your own research and you'll find the truth. Remember awful businesses don't last and Sam's has been in the same location for over 40 years. Must be doing something right.
