Sullivan County Community College Main Office Loch Sheldrake

I went to Sullivan for 2 years and graduated with my Associates in Liberal Arts and Sciences and also with an degree from the Honors Program. This school has the most impressive and caring teachers that I have ever seen.

The reason I gave it a bad review is because they did not help me transfer. I knew what I wanted to major in once I transferred and yet my advisor did not help me choose classes that would transfer into my new major.

I am now at SUNY New Paltz and only about 1 semester out of 4 was transfered into my major...It is now a waste of time and money for me to spend an extra year and a half trying to catch up.

I loved the school when I went there but now that I'm out I know that I made a huge mistake going there first.

AN EXCELLENT COLLEGE LIBRARY!: THIS COLLEGE HAS AN EXCELLENT LIBRARY. THERE IS A VERY EXTENSIVE COLLECTION OF RESEARCH MATERIAL. THEY HAVE COMPUTERS WHICH CAN BE ACCESSED FOR UNLIMITED TIME AS LONG AS NO ONE ELSE IS REQUESTING ONE, AND THEY DO NOT CHARGE FOR PHOTOCOPIES, PROVIDED YOU DO NOT ABUSE THIS PRIVILEGE. THEY ALSO HAVE THE NEW YORK TIMES ON MICROFILM, AND NUMEROUS MAGAZINES IN PAPER AND ON MICROFILM. I ENJOY GOING TO THIS LIBRARY!
