Can't wait to NEVER go there again!!!!: Okay, granted it was a Sunday afternoon but let me share more.... This was recommended to me by someone who used to go there (3 years ago) and it was recommended highly. I arrived and what they said was true - they did have a few of the over size washers as well as the over size dryers. They also had an impressive amount of machines - both washers and dryers. Okay I thought this looks ok. The crowd was pretty impressive but most were working on their drying cycle so I figured that all would be well. None of the machines had notes on them indicating that they were out of order so I figured easy in, easy out. Boy was I WRONG!! It all started ok. I had used the 2 oversize load machines ($5.50 each) as well as 4 of the next size down ($4 each) and 1 of the machines just below that one ($3). (Okay, we have 5 people in the house and we had just moved so the laundry had built up!) Here is where the complaints start arriving. The machines were all dusty and has soap residue on them. The floor was a mess of dirt, snow, lint and dryer sheets. I needed to do the laundry and didn't feel like finding another laundromat so I stayed. All of my washers were done the clothes were not as dry as they should have been. I threw them in the dryers and waited (Cost about 25 cents per 10 min). Let us just say that in total I was there for 4 hours!!!!! The dryers stayed hot for about 3 minutes out of every 10. SOOOOOO because I had things like blankets, sweat pants/shirts and towels it took FOREVER! I can't even say that it was the bulky stuff that took forever. I had sheets that should have been totally dried in 20-30 min - I had them in for 60 minutes to dry them. My bath room rugs should have been done in 20 min and 45 later they still weren't totally dry. For all of the machines they had they only had 4 - thats right folks - FOUR folding tables. I spent approximately $60 this one trip. MY ADVICE - instead of coming here stay at home and hand wash for less than 6 months and you will have saved enough for your own washer and dryer!!!!
