    i took my civic to them for repairs....they told me my engine was blown and offered me 300 dollars cash for the car. i declined the offer. the car still ran so i took it somewhere else and it just needed a new mid pipe cost me 400 dollars. do not do business with there service department!!!!!! beware!!

    this place is the worst: for service i have ever dealt with. It took them two weeks to fix a waranteed cd player, they messed up my electrical system, and they never returned my calls. Buying my trucks went fine, but stay wwwwwaaaaayyyy clear of their service department!

    Excellent Service: I completely disagree. I was car shopping for nearly 6 months, I had been to almost every dealer in the area and spoke to a handful of salesmen. And dealt with a ton of pushy and rude salesmen that were not concern about the customer but more for the sale. I found the best service at D"ELLA Pontiac/Buick/GMC/Cadillac and a even better salesmen (Eric White). He was patient and understanding, he was not all about the sale, he was more concern about getting me into a car that was in my budget and that I would like. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
