User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI called to have flowers delivered to my daughter,who is a student at Plattsburgh State. She would not be able to make it home for Easter and was feeling quite down about it. After talking to the women on the phone and explaining what I wanted, she listened and responded as if we were good friends and knew exactly what I wanted. She told me that they also have homemade chocolate if I would like. I told her thanks but I had already sent out a little Easter basket. My daughter called today to say thank you so much for the BEAUTIFUL flowers. And they had even put a chocolate bunny on the basket. She said the man that delivered them was extremely nice and was excited to hand her the arrangement. I would use this florist again and highly recommend them if you want great service and beautiful flowers. Thank you very much Lake Shore Candy & Flowers for making my daughters Easter a little brighter!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love these people!: Since I live so far away, it can be difficult to order flowers for my family in upstate NY. I found Lake Shore online, and called them. I found the employees extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They added to my order with no problem.
Not only did they have the flower I wanted in stock, they have a full range of candies. They even have sugar-free, which was perfect!
I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to send flowers, even from long-distance.
