The food at Brunetto's is consistently good. Currently (winter, 2008-9), the main dining room is closed, but a full dinner menu (not just bar snacks) is available in the bar and an adjacent room. Reservations are not taken, but this may change in the Summer if they open the main dining room, so call ahead. Even then, you’ll usually have to wait for a table, especially on weekends. Portions are very generous. The $11 crabcake appetizer is more of a crab croquette than a traditional Maryland crabcake. It’s huge and delicious, so you may want to split one as an appetizer, or just order it as your main meal. The $29 beef filet is equally good, as is the swordfish. The cuisine tends to be towards traditional American food. They don't have a website, so you can't view the menu before going.
