This dry cleaner's quality of service is consistently poor. More important is the fact that the owner (Brian) does not believe in customer service. My wife made him aware of a lingering problem, and he stated that we should just "take our clothes somewhere else." The only thing worse than the dry cleaning is the RUDE attitude and behavior of Brian. STEER CLEAR of this dry cleaner - you WILL be disappointed and frustrated!
