User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsFood is typical Applebee's but service is terrible at this restaurant. We have been there twice and both times have received poor service. The first time the waiter was just slow. The second time it took considerable time just to get our drinks, the waiter brought me the wrong dinner and then tried to get me to take it anyway, also brought my brother-in-law incorrect meal items and then spilled ice cream from another table onto my husband's coat. Need I say more...

I find the food to be fairly consistent but we have had bad/slow service the last two times we have been. Usually packed on the weekends in the evening.

We visited this restaurant this evening. The customer service was awful. We arrived at 6PM and were not waited on until 6:30 PM. My husband and I both ordered soup. His arrived promptly. Mine arrived after he finished his and it was so hot I couldn't eat it. Then my dinner arrived promptly after the soup, it was horribly- it was like wallpaper paste and it was cold. We had to wait forever for the waitress to come with our check. We will definitely not be going back to this restaurant!
