User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSubway: The Subway in Cazenovia is the nicest Subway I have ever seen. The building they occupy is probably 100 years old and they were able to both restore the building and keep its original character in intact.
Bad Customer Service Experience July 2006
I had a poor customer service experience recently with one of the hourly employees. I felt the employee did not take any ownership of the issue and was not interested in correcting the issue or making me happy. I called and spoke with the manager, Dave, after the Fourth of July holiday. He apologized and took steps to correct the issue. I have eaten at this Subway many times and this is the first time I have ever had an issue of any kind. I plan on continuing to be a patron based on the actions of the manager.
