User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe LOVE this place. They have great food and great service. It has a very friendly atmopshpere. They also give you chips and salsa when you sit down. Love it would tell anyone who like Mexican to try it.

Garcia's is the BEST!!! I have eaten there many many times with friends and always have a great experience. Very fast service, which really counts at lunch time! I would highly recommend Garcia's to anyone who wants a great meal at a reasonable price. After all, it's not like there are alot of options in Cortland County so why not just go for the best!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI waited far too long to go....: I went to Garcia's last weekend for the first time,which is sad considering I live around the corner. Oh what have I been missing. The service was wondeful and the food even better. The whole atmosphere of the place was fun and upbeat. I can't wait to go again!
